the total power of dividuals is much greater than just dividuals. we are a consulting firm with a virtual workforce in real life.
there are a lot of highly skilled persons out there that don’t want a traditional employment. they are the gig-economy. we think it’s a waste to not connect all this know-how especially when their competences are strongly required. for this reason, we started dividuals.
we have a lot of experience from digitalisation projects and improving customer interactions. within our network, friends & trusted, we have all the competences needed to be able to help any company to digitalize their business to provide world class customer interactions.
the social contract makes the difference
since dividuals don’t hire people, we don’t have any formal employment agreements, we need to rely on the social contract by 100%. we believe that the social contract is as strong, maybe even stronger than the formal contract between an employer and an employee.
friends and trusted within the network are truly interested in, and dedicated to, a certain project since it’s completely up to them to decide whether they like to join the project or not.
in the long run, friends and trusted are depended on proving strong commitment as well as delivering professional results in projects to be able to get the chance to get the next perfect gig. this might sound harsh, but for our friends and trusted it is not. they are committed and ambitious, they are eager to act as their own boss and being in command of their own life.
